Customers must obtain any licence, permit, authorisation or institutional approval required for their activities.
Order review
We may request information concerning the customer, organisation, intended research context, delivery destination or regulatory status before accepting payment or fulfilling an order.
Orders may be declined where verification is incomplete or where the proposed transaction presents a legal, safety or misuse risk.
