Better questions make better procurement.

A useful report should identify the material and batch, name the issuing laboratory, state the analytical method and separate identity from purity or other test scopes.

• Match the report identifier to the batch being supplied.
• Check who generated the result and whether the laboratory is independent of the manufacturer.
• Review the method, result, test date and limitations rather than relying on a headline percentage.
• Do not treat one analytical result as proof of every quality attribute.

A technically complete enquiry is easier to assess and less likely to be delayed by basic questions about the buyer, material, quantity or destination.

• Provide the legal organisation name, website and authorised purchaser.
• Specify the material identifier, required specification and estimated box quantity.
• Describe the legitimate in-vitro, analytical or other laboratory research context.
• Identify the delivery country and any known import or institutional requirements.

A photograph or visit record can show that physical inventory existed at a point in time, but it does not by itself prove ownership, current availability or batch quality.

• Ask for current, dated evidence connected to the applicable quotation or RFQ.
• Distinguish partner-held inventory from inventory owned or allocated to the seller.
• Confirm the assigned batch and documentation before interpreting stock as order-ready.
• Protect supplier location, unrelated labels and customer information in public footage.
